Our primary focus at NCOC is the evolution of our staff and the development of chosen leaders from all walks of life who will modify the scope of advocacy-we will call them the “change makers.”

One of the greatest contributions a organizational founder can do is to mentor /groom a youth at high risk . At NCOC we empower youth, educate them to be “advocates for Justice” enlighten them,give them hope to build a better life,by becoming law abiding citizens. we want to secure successful habits,develop core values., and thus achieve the goals of our organization .In 2007 our organization was founded by Jim W. Ferguson II protect offenders, work in concert with local, state, federal agencies.ensure the boards long term goals are executed.
